Consistent quality, reliable store

This is my third time ordering from Espressissimo, and they're still reliable. I got a new set of Tassen and some Reinigungsmittel für Kaffeemaschinen this time. Everything arrived in perfect condition, just like my previous orders for beans and a tamper. Their selection of cleaning products is always good. The only thing I noticed is that the tracking updates weren't as frequent this time around, but the package still arrived within the estimated window. It's why I keep coming back.

Good beans, okay delivery time

I ordered some Espressobohnen from Espressissimo. The website was easy enough to navigate, and the selection was good. The beans themselves are really high quality and make a fantastic espresso. My only minor complaint is that delivery took about 8 days to get to me in Oregon. It wasn't excessively long, but I've had faster. Overall, I'm happy with the product for the price.

Nice little machine

Got an Einkreiser Espressomaschine here last week. It was packed super well, no damage or anything. It's my first proper machine and it's been pretty fun figuring it out. Makes a decent shot, not too hard to clean. The instructions were a little sparse, but I managed. Definitely glad I bought it.

Quick order, good grinder

Got an Elektrische Kaffeemühle. It arrived fast enough. Works well. Was packed securely. No issues with it. Would order again from them.

Solid grinder purchase

Bought a Kaffeemühle. It works well. Shipping was reasonable. Packaging was secure. No issues with the order. Happy with the quality.

Good beans, slow delivery

I ordered a few bags of their Espressobohnen and a new Tamper. The website was easy to navigate, and finding what I wanted was no problem. Checkout was smooth enough. The order confirmation came through quickly. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, about 8 days to get to me in Oregon, but everything was packed well and arrived in perfect condition. The beans taste great, really fresh, and the tamper is a solid, heavy piece of kit. I had a question about one of the bean roasts before ordering and used their online chat; the response was helpful, even if it took a few minutes to connect with someone. Overall, a good experience, just plan for delivery time.

Detailed feedback on my order

I placed an order for a new Tamper and a Probierpaket of Espressobohnen. The ordering process on the website was smooth, very straightforward to add items to the cart and check out. Shipping cost was clearly displayed. The package arrived in 7 days to my address in Florida, which was decent considering it's an international shipment. Everything was very well protected in the box, no dents or damage to the tamper packaging or coffee bags. The tamper feels solid and well-made, exactly as described. The coffee varieties in the sample pack are interesting, though one bag was a bit close to its roast date for my preference. Customer service responded to an email inquiry I had about delivery times within 24 hours, which was good. Overall, a positive experience, I'd consider ordering a Siebträgermaschine from them eventually.

Love my new grinder!

I just got an Elektrische Kaffeemühle from Espressissimo and I absolutely love it! The grind is so consistent, and it's made such a difference to my morning coffee. It arrived much faster than I expected, only 5 days, which was great. The price was really fair too. I'm already looking at some new Kaffeebohnen to try from them. So happy with this purchase, will definitely be back!
